Reco Customer Portal Guide

Welcome to the Reco Subscriptions Customer Portal guide. You can access your Customer Portal by logging in to your account.

If you have not registered an account yet, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used at checkout.

When you login, select the Manage Subscriptions. You can now do the following:


Add one-time purchase to upcoming delivery

Select Subscriptions. Click Add Product, in the top right hand corner.

Scroll through the available product options or search for the item you want. Click Select, update the quantity/variants as necessary and then click Add Product.

Once you have added an item you will automatically be taken to the Delivery Schedule page which will summarise all the items now in your upcoming delivery.

Tap Subscriptions from the drop down menu. Tap Add Product.

Change upcoming order date

Want to delay an order or bring it forward to a specific date? Follow these instructions:

Select Subscriptions. To the right of the subscription you want update, click 'Edit'.

On this new page, select Next Charge Date. This will bring up a calendar where you can select the new date you would like your order to be charged. When you have made your selection click Update next shipment date.

Tap Subscriptions from the drop down menu. Tap Edit below the subscription you want to update.

Change delivery frequency

Want to change how often your subscription is delivered? Follow these instructions:

Select Subscriptions. To the right of the subscription you want update, click 'Edit'.

On this new page, select Delivery Schedule. This will bring up a menu where you can select a new delivery frequency. When you have made your selection click Update.

Tap Subscriptions from the drop down menu. Tap Edit below the subscription you want to update.

Change the number of subscribers

Select Subscriptions. To the right of the subscription you want update, click 'Edit'.

On this new page, select the product. This will bring up a pop up box where you can increase or decrease the number of subscribers. When you have made your selection click Update.

Tap Subscriptions from the drop down menu. Tap Edit below the subscription you want to update.

On this new page, tap the product. This will bring up a pop up box where you can increase or decrease the number of subscribers. When you have made your selection tap Update.


Skip a delivery

Select the Delivery Schedule option to see your upcoming deliveries due in the next few months.

To skip a delivery, select Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. A popup box will appear with the next delivery date highlighted, click skip again to confirm.

Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would select Unskip.

Update billing and contact information

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with your current billing address.

Note: The billing address is separate to your delivery address, if you need to change that, see Update delivery address.

Click the relevant section to update your billing address/contact email address or card details as necessary. Don't forget to click Update to confirm any changes.

Update delivery address

Select Addresses and click the address you want to update. A new pop up box will appear, edit your details and click update.

Note: This only affects the delivery address, if you need to update the billing address linked to your payment method head to Update billing and contact information.

Cancel a subscription

Select Subscriptions. To the right of the subscription you want update, click 'Edit'.

On this new page, scroll down, and click Cancel Subscription

On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation. Any feedback as to why you would like to cancel is be greatly appreciated, however you can simply leave it blank if you wish.

Finally, select Cancel my subscription to confirm.

Tap Subscriptions from the drop down menu. Tap Edit below the subscription you want to update.

On this new page, scroll down, and tap Cancel Subscription

On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation. Any feedback as to why you would like to cancel is be greatly appreciated, however you can simply leave it blank if you wish.

Finally, tap Cancel my subscription to confirm.
