Reco Customer Portal Guide

Welcome to the Reco BOXED Customer Portal guide. You can access your Customer Portal by logging in to your account.

If you have not registered an account yet, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used at checkout.

When you login, select the Manage Subscriptions. You can now do the following:


Change the number of subscribers

Select Subscriptions. To the right of the subscription you want to change, tap Edit under the 'Actions' column header.

Note: If you can't see the Edit option on mobile try swiping the table to the left.

On this new page, select Change product variant. This will bring up a drop down box where you can increase or decrease the number of subscribers. When you have made your selection tap Save.


Skip a delivery

Select the Delivery Schedule option to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.

To skip a delivery, select Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Your portal will refresh and show you when your next delivery is due.

Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would select Unskip next to the order.

Note: If you can't see the Skip option on mobile try swiping the table to the left.


Update billing and contact information

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with your current billing address.

Note: The billing address is separate to your delivery address, if you need to change that, see Update delivery address.

Select Edit in the relevant section to update your card details or billing address/contact email address as necessary.


Update delivery address

Select Subscriptions and tap Edit to the right of your current address and you will be taken to a page where you can modify your delivery address.

Note: This only affects the delivery address, if you need to update the billing address linked to your payment method head to Update billing and contact information.


Cancel a subscription

To cancel your subscription select the Subscriptions tab and then select Cancel next to the subscription order you would like to cancel.

Note: If you can't see the Cancel option on mobile try swiping the table to the left

On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation. Any feedback as to why you would like to cancel is be greatly appreciated, however you can simply leave it blank if you wish.

Finally, select Cancel my subscription to confirm.
