Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us on returns@reco.shop and we will respond ASAP to your query.

1. Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging.
Unfortunately the following goods are exempt from being returned:
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards

2. Refunds

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days (minus delivery costs).

3. Late or missing refunds

If after 7 days you still haven’t received a refund, here are a few things to do:

  • Double check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There can sometimes be processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@reco.shop and we will investigate for you.

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. This will mean they will find out that you have returned it. So you might want to give them a heads up first.

5. Shipping

To return your product, you should contact returns@reco.shop and we will tell you what to do next.

Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item/items of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
