Great product and concept

Love the product think it’s a really good concept, it’s really easy to send back and they aren’t any more expensive than what you buy in the shop so I’m really pleased. My one thing that was a bit annoying was that my replacement toothbrush heads came in loads and loads of packaging.Box within a box type of situation although all the packaging is environmentally friendly which is great it was a bit unnecessary.

My "head" is prone to coming off the Oral-B base unit. It is just not clicking on as firmly as the original Oral-B unit.
Also, for some reason, the little ope window on the front of the unit's shaft occasionally catches ("nips") my lip's skin. The opening seems exactly the same size on an original head. So am not sure what that is about. Otherwise - happy to help by buying such units as it is about the overall, not the small-scale.
